6:00 - 8:00am Awakening vinyasa yoga flow (all levels)
8:00am: Coffee is served!
9:00am: Breakfast
10:00 - 2:00pm: Free time (choose an optional spa treatment, hike to the beach or waterfalls, relax, journal, or read poolside or on a hammock)
2 pm: Gourmet organic lunch (with amazing dessert)
4:00-5:00pm: Meditation Instruction and Practice
7 pm: Gourmet organic dinner
8 pm: Free time
