Dining
All organic gourmet vegetarian or vegan meals are served at our Al Fresco Dining Area starting with Lunch on arrival day and ending with the Breakfast on departure day.

Wellness Services
We have an extensive menu of Wellness Services, including massage therapy, skin care and acupuncture. These services can be booked upon arrival and paid using dollars, colones, or PayPal.

Connecting
While we are totally “off-the-grid,” we have wifi access 24/7 at the Al Fresco Dining Area. In addition, we have a wireless broadband USB data stick which only works in a laptop, not on an iPad. We encourage you to disconnect while on your yoga retreat or yoga teacher training certification program, however you may connect at any time if need be. The Sanctuary has cell phones for emergency use.

Electricity
Being 100% off-the-grid, entirely on Solar Power, this Eco-Conscious Yoga Retreat Center respects and requires energy conservation. Appliances such as hair dryers, curling irons, hot rollers, and similar energy-draining items cannot be supported with this system and hence their use is not allowed. We recommend a light leave-in hair conditioner. All lights and fans must be turned off before leaving the accommodations, pool area, or Yoga Pagoda. We have standard 110 volt three-prong outlets for our guests to truly enjoy a carbon-neutral green vacation. One can charge their phone, computer, or play music with a docking station almost anywhere on the property! Plus, we have independent solar hot water heaters on each guest house's roof, providing a spectacular garden-view hot water shower experience!

Money 
The US Dollar is accepted in Costa Rica; exchanging US Dollars to Costa Rica Colones is not necessary. Denominations of $20 are best.  

ATM: The closest ATM machine is a 12 minute drive into Montezuma.

Bank: The closest bank is a 25 minute drive into Cobano. 

Safety Box & Personal Belongings
Each room is provided with a safety box. The Sanctuary cannot be held responsible for any missing personal items. 

Medical Services
Accidents happen even to the fittest of us. A 24-Hour Emergency Medical Center, with English-speaking doctors, is only a 25 minute drive into Cobano, where there is also a pharmacy. 

Laundry Service
We unfortunately cannot provide laundry services. Your towels will be changed mid-week. You can easily air dry towels and clothing on the shower hooks or deck railing. 

Candles and Incense
For fire safety reasons, we cannot allow candle or incense burning in any of the guest-houses. 

Pool Area
Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering the pool. No diving allowed. Use the special towel provided in your room for the Pool and Waterfall.  Please be mindful of your conversations; a spa therapy session may be underway nearby. Pool hours are from 7 am - 9 pm. 

Drugs and Smoking
Recreational use of Drugs or Tobacco is not permitted on the property. There is no designated smoking area.
