7am: Organic coffee, tea, fruit
7:30 - 9am: Awakening vinyasa yoga flow (all levels)

10 - 2 pm: Free time (choose an optional spa treatment, hike to the beach or waterfalls, relax, journal, or read poolside or on a hammock)
2 pm: Gourmet organic lunch (with amazing dessert)
5:30 - 6:30 pm: Evening restorative yoga practice (all levels)
7 pm: Gourmet organic dinner
