On this retreat we will spend the week on a journey together, to the voice within. The mornings will start with an all levels, medium paced vinyasa yoga class to get you into your body and out of your mind. The evenings will play host to a number of different events, mixed in with some restorative yoga, all designed to show you love and encourage and EMPOWER you to show yourself that same love.
Throughout the week you will have ample time to relax, explore and adventure! Wether you need space to yourself, or space to connect with others- this beautiful place, with all of its open air space, affords you just what you need!

* Morning practice 7:30AM- 8:45AM
* Organic, Buffett breakfast 9:00AM
* Free time to explore the jungle, or yourself! (walking, swimming, journaling, relaxation, meditation, creative time…)
* Organic gourmet lunch 2:00PM
* Free time
* Evening yoga practice or special event such as a sacred sound healing, Lakshmi dance & cacao ceremony will be hosted throughout the week during this time
* Organic dinner 7:00PM
* Evening gathering or relaxation time

* Airport fees in Costa Rica or your departing country
* Ground transportation costs to / from Tambor and The Sanctuary (an estimated $50 round trip on the designated arrival dates and times)
* Optional Excursions: Zip-lining, horseback riding, surfing lessons, snorkeling
* Retreat staff gratuity ($60 per guest, min)
* Travel insurance, (required to enter the country)
