The better we understand how the body is put together, how it moves and how it rests; the better we will be at practicing and teaching any type of movement, especially Yoga. Deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology will also enhance our capabilities in bodywork and hands on assisting.
Join Dr Liz Lindh & Crystal Sullivan; PT, E-YRT 500, C-IAYT for a special anatomy continuing education module designed especially for yoga, Pilates and fitness instructors, body workers and anyone else wanting a little more insight into the inner workings of our fascinating bodies.
Every session, including continuing education sessions, is optional so you also can join us at The Sanctuary simply to relax, enjoy morning asana practice, tropical sunshine and delicious food (or bring a friend who wants to do that).
