For you and your guests to never have to leave The Sanctuary at Two Rivers Yoga Retreat & Teacher Training Center in Costa Rica, our talented chef creates three unforgettable sumptuous vegetarian and/or vegan 1 to 3 course meals per day which are inspired by the world’s greatest cuisines. Our healthy food is artistically crafted to be pleasing to all the senses. Meals are designed around the seasons using Ayurvedic cooking techniques while incorporating the best seasonal ingredients, herbs and spices. Our meals are well balanced and prepared with love and we procure and serve all organic produce from local Costa Rican family farms. This positive energy is infused into the food, aiding the digestion process.

The chef supplies each
meal's protein by using legumes, seeds and nuts, artisan cheeses, and eggs from free-ranging chickens. We only use whole grains and natural sweeteners. With an ever expanding orchard of over 300 various tropical fruit trees, our freshly picked organic fruits make great complements to the dining experience. Overall, this type of dining experience will not only produce a more lively and healthy body and mind but is also the most environmentally friendly.
